ZEB targets adjusted!
Base on what I read on the DOE website last night the Zero Energy Building (Carbon Neutrality) targets are adjusted. Achieving NZB is expected for residential sector but for commercial the target is 50% to 70% energy improvement based on ASHRAE standard.
